• Purlin Bearing Rib (PBR) panels are popular
for both wall and roof construction. They're 36" wide, available in 26 or 24-gauge
steel, easy to install, and economical to use.
• Ultra-Dek®/Double-Lok® roof panels are
24" wide in 24-gauge steel and are virtually leak-free. Concealed attachment clips
essentially eliminate penetration. Ultra-Deck® is snap-seamed. Double-Lok® requires a
mechanical seamer.
• BattenLok® roof panels are mechanically
seamed and work particularly well with hips, valleys and turndown mansards. They're
designed with striations in minimize 'oil canning' and come with factory applied sidelap
sealant.
• All Turn Key Steel Buildings panels come with
a 25 year limited warranty.
• Turn Key Steel Building's panel profiles are
the most popular profiles used industry wide. If you ever need a replacement panel, or
decide to expand your building, parts are readily available.
• Turn Key Steel Buildings offers fasteners with
a lifetime warranty against rust or staining.
• 'A,' 'U,' ShadowRib™, LokSeam® and
Artisan panels are also available.
• Galvalume® steel sheets combine the excellent
barrier corrosion protection of aluminum with the galvanic protection of zinc. The result
is a coating that lasts longer and provides cutting edge protection along sheared edges.
This cut-edge protection means there is less rust staining along sheared edges and at
scratches. Galvalume® is chosen as the roofing material in most cases, especially when
the roof has less than a 3:12 pitch.
