15.	What if I have questions during the erection of my building?
	Turn Key Steel Buildings has a design engineer who can help you with any questions you may have during the process of erecting your building.
16.	Can I order a regular building but add customized features?
	Yes, we have a variety of accessories and features that will make your building reflect your personal tastes. Our profession design engineers will assist you to make your dreams a reality.
17.	How do I know what size door I can put in my building?
	At Turn Key Steel Buildings our rule of thumb is that you need two feet above the framed opening for the rollup door to fit on the sidewall. This means that your building eave height should be two feet taller. You may require as much as three feet on the end wall due to the purlins running into the side of the canister holding the rollup door. But our design engineers have a door clearance calculator that will help assist you in proper heights and clearances.
18.	Do you finance?
	We do not finance buildings corporately but we do work with a finance company that can assist you in aquiring a loan for the purchase of your building?
19.	What do I expect when I purchase a steel building from Turn Key Steel Buildings?
	A Thank you as well as continued professional courteous service along with a quality product that you ordered. You will be given a contract that will have the terms and conditions to include the building dimensions, accessories, design codes and pricing. This contract is signed and returned to us with a personal check for 25% of the contract price and the job order form. The job order form will have the locations for your doors and tell us colors for wall panels, roof, corner trim, base trim, doors and gutters and downspouts if required. We then process your order and send out a set of approval drawings (soon available on line) to make sure that the proper colors are described and doors are located in their proper location. You then sign and return approval drawings back to Turn Key Steel Buildings and within a few days a set of three stamped engineered drawings are sent to you for permitting. If any additional deposits are required they must be received prior to the building going into fabrication. You will also receive an erection manual along with 3 sets of construction drawings. These construction drawings will be used for erection of the building and layout of your anchor bolts. A courteous customer service representative will then contact you with a delivery schedule of your building. They will also go over the C.O.D. amount with you and explain that you will be required to have a cashier's check for the C.O.D. and a forklift capable of lifting 3,000 lbs. At Turn Key Steel Buildings we stand behind our product and we know every delivery is not perfect and we will work with you the buyer to assist you in any way possible.
