needs and budget. You may want to contact your local building department to make sure what
variances your property requires. |

Does my preengineered metal building conform to local building codes? |

All Turn Key Steel Buildings comply with design codes specified on our contract. It is
the customer's responsibility to make sure that these design codes will meet your local
building code requirements. You may always contact your local building department and have
them verify that the design codes will meet your local building requirements. We suggest
you call your local building department prior to getting a quote. All Turn Key Steel
Buildings come with a Stamped Engineer Seal from an engineer licensed for your state. |

Will I be able to run electrical wiring throughout my metal building? |

Yes you will be able to run electricity throughout your metal building. When
talking with your Turn Key Steel Building representative please tell him what kind of
equipment will be suspended from the frame lines and or purlins. This will help him
calculate the proper loads for the building. |

Are your metal buildings under warranty? |

All Turn Key Steel Buildings come with a 25 year warranty on the Galvalume roofing and
siliconized polyester color panels. We offer a 35 year warranty on the Kynar colored
panels. |

Do you offer custom metal buildings? |

Turn Key Steel Buildings provides excellent service and competive pricing on all our
projects whether a simple garage or a complex stadium, shopping center, church, school,
gymnasium, restaurant and office building. We will customize any building to your needs. |

What type of paneling systems do you offer? |

We offer several different panels from standard PBR to standing seam in various gauges
of steel and a variety of colors to choose. We also offer liner panels and soffit panels
as well. |

What gauge are your roof panels? |

In general, steel panels used for the roof are 26 gauge pbr and are galvalume. We also
have colored panels and galvalume panels in different gauges and a variety of colors to
choose. |

What types of steel framing systems do you use? |

We have a variety of frame systems to choose from to include Rigid Frame Clear span
(most commonly used), Post and Beam clear span, Post and Beam Multi Span Gable and Rigid
Frame Multi-Span. |
