1.	What are the steel buildings constructed of?
	Turn Key Steel Buildings are constructed of 100% U.S. commercial grade steel I beams red iron or gray primer which is AISC certified and from a manufacturing facility. The plants are members of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association.
2.	Is my steel building painted before it is shipped?
	Yes. All Turn Key Steel Buildings come with a standard color coating consisting of a durable silicone-polyester mix. We also have an exclusive color coating, the Premium coating that consists of a flouropolymer material utilizing Kynar 500 resin. When choosing your colors you can choose from several different colors in the standard category as well as in the Kynar color. We usually provide a throw away sheet on top of the sheeting and another on the bottom to help protect your panels during shipping and handling.
3.	How much does shipping costs?
	Cost of shipping varies depending on the number of trucks due to the weight of the building and the location where the building is shipped. We normally include shipping in all our building quotes.
4.	Will I be able to erect the building myself?
	We provide a easy to follow erection manual along with a set of construction drawings that are supplied with every Turn Key Steel Building. You will be able to erect the building yourself or we can assist you in locating a honest and dependable erector. When purchasing a building from Turn Key Steel Buildings you can always reach one of our design team engineers to assist you with any problems that may arise while erecting your project. Turn Key Steel Buildings will assist you throughout the entire building process to completion.
5.	Is delivery available throughout the United States?
	Turn Key Steel Buildings will deliver anywhere in the U.S. and we also have exporting capabilities as well. Since Turn Key Steel Buildings has Miami/Dade notice of acceptance on their products we can meet load requirements in the Bahamas and the Caribbean as well.
6.	Will you be able to give me a price quote on my building?
	Our professional design engineers will not only provide you with a realistic competive quote but you will also receive professional courteous service with over 30 years experience in the Construction Trade.
